How do I apply a promotional code?
Please enter the promotional code in the ‘PROMO CODE’ box either in your Bag or on the Checkout page, then click ‘Apply’. If the promotion is successfully applied, it will be reflected in your updated cart total. Note that only one promotion can be used per transaction. If you encounter any issues before completing your order, please contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat. Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it.
What do I need to know about Promotions?
Please ensure the code is valid, entered correctly and applies to the items in your cart. We absolutely recommend checking the terms and conditions of the offer via our offer page for further details around eligibility and exclusions. Offers cannot be used in conjunction. Do you offer Birthday discounts?
If you are signed up with a Lorna Jane account and have your birthday entered in your account details, you will receive a Birthday discounts when your birthday comes around. Please make sure you are subscribed to our marketing emails to receive this discount.
What is your pricing policy?
At Lorna Jane we love to offer our great products at great prices. The savings on our sale prices is compared against our original full retail price that is applied to our product when it was first introduced. As our sale prices can change from time to time, this means when a sale ends, the price may revert back to another sale price as opposed to the original full price. We always stipulate the savings on all sales from our original full retail price.
