IMPORT TAX AND DUTIES
The shipping cost covers transport only and does not include import or export duties that may be applied by your destination country’s government for delivery and returns. If these duties are refused, your parcel may be destroyed without a refund. If refused duties result in your parcel being returned to Lorna Jane, all return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from your refund. Lorna Jane is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or return shipping that may apply in the destination country. For orders with a Singapore delivery address over $400.00 SGD, Lorna Jane will cover the import taxes.
Ensure a Safe Delivery
When requesting delivery to a business address, please include the company name. Ensure the delivery address is secure to prevent parcel interception. The risk for purchased goods transfers to you upon delivery to the provided address. Lorna Jane is not responsible for orders lost or missing after the carrier confirms delivery. Any risk associated with leaving goods unattended is borne by you.
